These general terms of sale apply to all purchases made from Lux Glamour, a hair and beauty salon based in Luxembourg. By making a purchase, you accept these terms.
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") govern the sale of hair and beauty products by Lux Glamour (hereinafter "the Seller") to its customers (hereinafter "the Customer"), whether the sale is made in the salon or via the website www.lux-glamour.com. Any order or purchase implies the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these GTS.
The products offered for sale are those presented on the website or in the salon at the time of consultation. Lux Glamour reserves the right to modify the range of available products at any time. Our range includes trusted professional brands such as Kérastase and STMNT Grooming Goods, as well as other carefully selected lines. Photographs and product descriptions are provided for information purposes only and have no contractual value. Lux Glamour strive to present product characteristics as accurately as possible.
Product prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), in accordance with current Luxembourg regulations. Lux Glamour reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable delivery charges are indicated separately and are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated (e.g. free delivery from €35).
Any order placed on www.lux-glamour.com constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Customer receives an order confirmation by email as soon as possible after validation of their purchase. Lux Glamour reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock shortage, suspicion of fraud, or an obvious pricing error.
Payment is made in full at the time of purchase, by the means accepted in the salon or on the website (credit card, cash, etc.). In the case of online payment, transactions are secured. Lux Glamour does not retain any banking data from the Customer.
Products purchased in the salon are handed directly to the Customer during their visit. For online orders, delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer at the time of their order. Delivery times are given as an indication. Lux Glamour cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to external circumstances.
In accordance with applicable Luxembourg and European legislation, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties. Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise indicated. Lux Glamour undertakes to sell products in accordance with the descriptions on the website and in the salon. In the event of non-conformity or hidden defect, the Customer may invoke the legal guarantees provided by Luxembourg law. Lux Glamour's liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damage resulting from the use of purchased products.
Personal data collected during an order is processed in accordance with Lux Glamour's privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This data is used exclusively for order processing and, with the Customer's consent, for the sending of commercial communications. These GTS are subject to Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
